Pink Key Consulting has been working with Kellogg’s for over three years and on three separate occasions. The work has covered a number of key areas including–

• Management of  the UK Promotions function.
  
  
• Co-ordination across European Promotions.
  
  
• Overhauling and documenting the Promotional procedures, creating a manual.
  
  
• Creating an induction programme for the newly recruited permanent Promotions Controller.
  
  
• Initiation and management of a retail project to list Kellogg’s branded Pedometers in JJB stores nationwide.

In the last two projects managed for Kellogg’s, PKC successfully delivered a Crisis Management Manual for the UK based corporate offices, consulted on a packaging redesign for the Kellogg’s "singles" snacks range and initiated a project looking at the future developments in packaging for the Kellogg’s healthy snacks division.

Both projects were well received and the recommendations made have been subsequently implemented.
