The Institute of Promotional Marketing

The IPM has set up a Shopper Marketing Group, bringing together experts in the field to work together to promote the discipline. Their first task has been to define what Shopper Marketing actually is - not such an easy challenge, but one which they've risen to. Richard Pink is heading up a working party to decide how the group should function.
